At Flipside it is customary for project descriptions and cost proposals to be submitted to clients as a complimentary service. However, creative proposals - those entailing solutions to a client's objectives are billable.

Submissions to our Proposal Request e-form does not create a design firm - client relationship and is not a design firm - client communication until you become our client.
