Our Request Proposal e-forms have been developed to provide you Proposals promptly. The key information and samples to have ready to attach to an email upon completing the Proposal Request are as follows:
  1. Digital Photos of current product(s).

  2. Excel® Spreadsheet listing all SKU product(s), their unit count per case and total current case volume annually.

  3. Maximum production capacity in present facility.
